Ex On The Beach is returning to MTV for series 9 this week, with a brand new bunch of stars sharing a luxury villa in Mexico.
Speaking ahead of the new episodes, the cast have promised viewers plenty of drama, and have even claimed the series will be better than “boring” Love Island.
The infamous show sees contestants try to find love while being forced to come face to face with their former romances.
Teasing the new series to The Sun, contestant and former The Valleys star Natalee Harris revealed: “It’s the X rated version of Love Island. It’s very saucy this year… with a little bit of extra sauce.”
Comparing it to its rival series, which was won by Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham earlier this year, she said: “Ex is more real. The lack of sex, that’s not reality.
“If you’re in a relationship with someone you have sex with them. If you disagree with someone, you have an argument.”
Her co-star Alicia Bradon is making her reality TV debut on the series and says she was shocked by the amount of drama that went down during filming.
“The amount of kick offs and things getting thrown and people smashed in the face… it was constant,” she confessed.
Meanwhile Ex On The Beach contestant and fitness model Aaron Gill, who’s set to at the centre of much of the show’s drama, has criticised Love Island for its lack of showdowns.
“We were there and were like ‘wow did that actually just happen?'” he joked about his time in the house.
Daisy Robins, 25, lives the high life in London and says she only dates “Chelsea guys”
He continued: “I don’t want to sound bad, but I think Love Island was boring compared to Ex. I had loads of s**t in there, I’m not gonna lie… a load of crazy exes.”
Ex On The Beach will return to MTV on Wednesday 15 August at 10pm.
